1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Certain items (such as discounted products or limited edition pieces) may not be eligible for return or exchange.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Worn or washed products.

  • Customized or personalized items.

  • Products without original tags or packaging.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong size/design. Please contact us at info@theurbanmantra.com with your order details.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item delivered was defective or incorrect.

  • In such cases, we will arrange reverse pickup through our courier partners.
